Description: The Kaiser Center -BART Project Included construction of a 27,940 square foot, 8 story commercial office building located in Oakland, CA. For this project we installed new structured cabling systems. This project included challenges for our team such as installing structured cabling in an existing ceiling, as well as floor ducts. Our solution to overcome these challenges was achieved by collaboration with our EC Red Top Electric to verify pathways and removal of ceiling tiles as well as core locations in flooring. At the completion of the project, despite the challenges, we closed with a satisfied general contractor and end user who has become a repeat customer.
