Description: The Kaiser Center Building – 19th Floor TI – BART Project Included new construction of a 17,933 square foot commercial office building located in Oakland, CA. For this project we installed structured cabling systems. This project included challenges for our team such as installing structured cabling in existing ceilings with difficult cable pathways, as well as, routing cabling through existing floor ducts. Our solution to overcome these challenges was achieved by close collaboration with our EC Red Top Electric to ensure the most efficient installation by assisting with ceiling pathways and floor coring at furniture locations. At the completion of the project, despite the challenges, we closed with a satisfied general contractor and end user who has come to call on us for repeat business.
